In preparation for Easter, Hog Roast Salford has been contacted by a local church to provide catering for their annual Easter celebration. The event takes place each year on Easter Sunday and includes a delicious meal for the guests to enjoy together, as well as activities for children and plenty of great discussions and conversations. For the menu, Hog Roast Salford had been hired to provide our Gourmet BBQ menu for the occasion, since it is the perfect menu to enjoy outdoors in the sunshine (providing the weather co-operates!). This menu also has plenty of dishes for guests of all ages to enjoy and more than enough to go around.
In preparation for this event, the Hog Roast Salford team arrived at the venue in the morning and began to prepare for the midday serving time. The prep started with us barbequing the main dishes, including succulent pork sausages, veggie sausages, halloumi and vegetable skewers, juicy British beef burgers, marinated chicken kebabs, and BBQ spareribs. These dishes were served in fresh bread rolls, with gluten-free rolls also on offer. Additionally, we served a selection of sides, including homemade chips, sweet potato fries, mac and cheese, corn cobettes, seasonal salad options, and gourmet coleslaw. Overall, this menu had plenty of delicious dishes for everyone to enjoy, allowing every guest to create their perfect lunch. Come rain or shine, Hog Roast Salford were there to provide a delicious buffet menu, which is sure to be a perfect addition to the event.
