Martin contacted Hog Roast Leigh earlier this year to arrange a caterer for the reception that he is hosting to celebrate his daughter’s christening this spring. His daughter is being christened at the church that his family has attended for over a decade, which is an incredibly special occasion for the whole family. To celebrate this, a reception is being hosted at a local function room, which will be the perfect place to gather together and enjoy the day. For the catering, it was important to choose a menu that would be ideal for guests of all ages to enjoy, with plenty of different options to choose from. As a result, Martin chose our Gourmet BBQ menu, which is a delicious option and is sure to go down a treat.
In preparation for this event, the Hog Roast Leigh team will arrive at the function room in the morning to prepare for the 2:00pm serving time. We will begin by preparing the main dishes, which will include succulent pork sausages, veggie sausages, juicy British beef burgers, halloumi and vegetable skewers, marinated chicken kebabs, and BBQ spareribs. These dishes will be served in fresh bread rolls and accompanied by homemade chips, gourmet coleslaw, a green leaf salad, and corn cobettes.
