Throw An Epic Birthday Bash With Hog Roast Banks

Hog Roast BanksTurning 18 is an important milestone, especially here in the UK! With restrictions lifted on buying alcohol, getting a tattoo, getting married without parental permission, visiting a casino and watching 18-rated films at the cinema, among a long list of other things, it feels like the world is your oyster, which is why it has always been customary for people to celebrate this birthday in the most memorable way they can. And what could be more memorable than a huge party with family, friends and some great grub to enjoy?!

For our most recent client Danielle, marking her first step into adulthood with a lively shindig was a no-brainer, and after inviting all of her loved ones to join in the festivities, she was hot on the phone to Hog Roast Banks to find the perfect dining plan for the occasion.

Our catering manager, Sophie, was of great help to the client when it came to narrowing down the food options, and eventually, Danielle prompted for our incredibly popular Alfresco Menu! This fantastic spread might be the newest addition to our selection of menu solutions, but it’s quickly become a fan favourite among our clients – both new and existing – and we are delighted that Danielle picked it for her special event.

On the day of Danielle’s birthday bash, Sophie and the Hog Roast BanksĀ team travelled the short distance to the venue, which was a roomy party hall inside one of the local golf clubs. Once our catering crew had unpacked the van and manoeuvred all of our equipment inside, they quickly set to work preparing the buffet for the occasion.

Six hours passed, and the guests had begun trickling into the venue, dressed to the nines and ready to enjoy a brilliant night! Ahead of their arrival, Hog Roast Banks had set out a charcuterie board of cold-cut meats, cheeses, artisan bread and nibbles in the centre of each table, which was followed up with a classic hog roast with stuffing, crackling, applesauce and gluten-free rolls.

The guests loved the food our team presented them with, and they were just as pleased with the chocolate torte and cheesecake dessert options, which proved to be the perfect way of rounding off a fabulous night!
