Our catering manager, Sophie, is a dream to work with as she always ensures that the needs of our customers are at the heart of every action she takes. Knowing this, new parents, Cath and Ian, had asked Hog Roast Culcheth to handle the Christening for their twin daughters, Lily-Rose and Ava-Grace.
We were delighted to be of assistance at this spectacular event, and with Sophie’s input, the clients selected our stunning Alfresco Menu for the occasion. The meal, which included Italian antipasti platters, a traditional pig roast with all the bells and whistles, fresh salads, garlic and rosemary roast potatoes and a meat-free choice of grilled vegetable skewers, followed by two scrumptious dessert options, was served to the guests as a buffet at the couple’s home at 2 pm on Saturday.
Hog Roast Culcheth had spent all morning working on this fantastic feast, and Cath and Ian couldn’t have been more delighted with the results. The food, which was not only beautifully arranged, tasted phenomenal and had something to offer everyone – including the children and fussy adults. The gorgeous weather made the day even more enjoyable for everyone, and Cath and Ian had set up a paddling pool for the kids and had prepared a refreshing cocktail bar for the adults to enjoy.
