Hog Roast Barley Catering

The summer weather is just perfect for a hog roast in Barley and is just beginning and we are all walking a little taller and feeling lots better and the reason being the sun shining we could have all the worries of the world on our shoulders but when the sun is shining it does make us feel a lot better. We were all in high spirits as we headed out on Saturday hog roast Barley caterers were heading North for a fun day at the local church and a large gathering was expected, we decided to clip on the bbq plate and make some bbq as it is quick and we were expecting quite a few to turn up we brought with us a few hundred beef burgers made from the finest beef and a few hundred jumbo sausages as soon as we arrived there. hogroast-stand-300x223We placed some jacket potatoes on the machine and made up some fillings we prepared some salad and everything was ready just waiting for the hungry guests and we didn’t have to wait too long soon we were surrounded by hundreds as we quickly burst into action we quickly flipped the burgers and sausages the food cooks perfectly on the bbq plate even cooking using our duel controlled functions producing food cooked thoroughly and all retaining the natural flavours nothing added and nothing taken away. The potatoes soon made an appearance and a quick departure too! Hog roast Barley made some vegetable kebabs using red and green peppers tomatoes and mushrooms these were soon gone as quickly as we cooked the food it was disappearing but to be fair that is what it should be like and we know we have did a grand job when we have nothing left soon we were cleaning the machines down and were pleased that it turned out to be a pleasant day, we said our good byes and we were thanked by the proprietors who thought our food amazing and they admitted they had three burgers each! We couldn’t help but laugh as they must have weighed about six stone each and we wondered where they had put the burgers we all commented that we wished we could eat like that and not put on weight must be nice…
